Registration has 3 steps:

1) Fill out the Registration Form and Payment Process Below

2) Sign up for a Folkstyle-only Athlete USA Wrestling Membership. Please choose “Evergreen Youth Wrestling Club” as your affiliate program: USA WRESTLING MEMBERSHIP CARD

3) Print out this waiver and bring it to the first practice: WAIVER FORM
